Players are responsible for ensuring that the funds they deposit on tk992 are their own and are not derived from any illegal source. tk992 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction if fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is identified.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on tk992 are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are charged by tk992 on BDT transactions. If your bKash or Nagad account is denominated in BDT (as all Bangladesh mobile money accounts are), no conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction. Players are responsible for any fees that their own mobile banking provider may charge in connection with a tk992 deposit or withdrawal.

- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win limit and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings that exceed the stated maximum win cap will be reduced to the cap amount before being credited as a bonus balance.

Account Management

tk992 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account. The following clauses set out the circumstances in which tk992 may take such action:
Where tk992 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any clause of these Terms — including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or account security obligations — tk992 may suspend the account immediately pending investigation. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, deposit funds, or submit withdrawal requests.
Players who wish to close their tk992 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding. Accounts subject to an active investigation cannot be closed voluntarily until the investigation is concluded.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. tk992 will attempt to notify the player by email or SMS before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's current fee schedule. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.
Liability

tk992 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tk992 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, we do not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical incidents, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk992 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tk992 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tk992's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

However, it remains each player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support. Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets already placed or bonuses already claimed prior to the amendment date.
